Jeffrey Paul’s Chophouse is a new restaurant in Leesburg, Florida. Serving find steaks and lobster its going to rock the area. This restaurant is the culmination of a dining experiment that took place a few towns over in Eustis to see if fine dining could exist in a small town. After a successful test restauranteur Jeffrey Paul decided to take his concept to Leesburg. Zero Dark designed the website.
A Lake County resident since 1981, Jeffrey has been a consultant for fine dining restaurants such as Del Frisco’s and Christini’s Ristorante Italiano in Orlando and La Scala Ristorante Italiano in Altamonte Springs. He has assembled what he calls “a very good group of employees.” Among them are Joseph Anselmo, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of American in New York and dining room manager Christopher Eunice (Jeffrey’s nephew). Jeffrey’s three sons work for him: Adam is in charge of marketing and promotions and designed the layout of the menu and wine list as well as the company web site; Ian is a kitchen manager and Aaron is a waiter.
